🔁 Return Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
  • The product has expired at the time of delivery.

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.


📦 Return Process

    Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to our warehouse.
  4. Replacement or Refund:
    • A replacement will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.
    • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product returned and verified as damaged, incorrect, or expired.
  • Order canceled before dispatch.
  • Product out of stock after purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected. Refund timelines may vary based on your payment method and bank policies.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Temperature-sensitive items (like syrups, ointments, or capsules) unless damaged on delivery
  • Products purchased under special discounts or promotional offers
